We help children, adults, and seniors build their confidence, improve their fitness, move better, and live healthier lives through Kung Fu, Tai Chi, and wellness coaching.

Pastorella Health & Fitness provides both in-person and online classes and resources. We are located in Hazle Township, Pennsylvania. Rich Pastorella has spent several decades sucssessfully helping people of all ages to improve their health and quality of life through movement and martial arts. His philosophy is simple: meet each person where they are today, then help them become stronger and healthier, one step at a time.

At Pastorella Health & Fitness, we believe movement has the power to change lives. Every person who walks through our door has a different story and a different reason for being here. Whether your goal is learning martial arts, improving your health, increasing mobility, recovering confidence after a health setback, reducing stress, or simply becoming more active, we would love the opportunity to help you reach your goals. Beginners are always welcome, and no previous experience is necessary. We’d be honored to help you get started at the pace that is right your you.
